RETURN POLICY

By placing an order through the Gear Shop on TheMusic.com, you agree to and are bound by our terms and conditions. Audio accessories and equipment (excluding CDs, LPs, DVDs, etc.) may be returned for refund or replacement under certain circumstances and at the sole discretion of TheMusic.com. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Prior authorization is required for all returns sent to The Gear Shop's warehouse. Items returned without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.

All items returned for a refund are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee, and must be returned in the same condition as when sold, in original carton with all original packaging and accessories, or additional restocking fees will be charged.

NOTE: In all cases involving the return of products, shipping charges (both to and from the customer) are totally at the expense of the customer, and are not refundable.
